Samuel Friedman

Samuel Friedman is construction manager with Kaplan Residential. For 15+ years, he has supervised the firm’s general contract work, project management, site sourcing, property management transitions, and quality build-to-rent assets.

Friedman is also responsible for managing the completion of Kaplan Residential’s award-winning residential developments in the Metro Atlanta area, such as Park Row Townhomes, Cosmopolitan Townhomes, 930 NoMo, Square One, and Overton Row.

Friedman completed his college education in his home country of Venezuela and is a Certified General Contractor and Inspector, allowing for hands-on involvement for construction of single-family homes, renovations, and drywall restoration projects.
