The First Prescient Building in Downtown Atlanta with High-End Amenities
Located at 369 Centennial Olympic Park Drive in Downtown Atlanta, this 17-story high-rise is the first development in the city to feature the Prescient light-gauge steel structural system, which reduces construction costs by 20 to 25 percent compared to concrete framing. The technology helps enable the development to comply with the City of Atlanta’s initiative to provide more affordable housing.
The 336-unit development will offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans, all accompanied by first-class amenities. These include a pool deck with trellis area and fire pit, rooftop lounge with outdoor theatre and an indoor sky deck with a multi-screen theatre. Residents will also be able to take advantage of the on-site yoga studio and fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment. Minutes away are some of Atlanta’s most notable landmarks, including the World of Coca-Cola, National Center for Civil & Human Rights, Georgia Aquarium and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, as well as more than 400 restaurants and thousands of offices.
